“Golden Summer” Exhibition Opening Night

“Golden Summer”, a joint show by New Zealand illustrators Greg Straight & Ross Murray, opened on Friday night! The sun was out, the ice creams and L&P were flowing, and the art perfectly summed up “Golden Summers” in Aotearoa. The gallery was packed edge to edge with 29 colourful, “summery as” framed art prints, and two large prints on ply by Straight. Big thanks to everyone who joined us in soaking up this great show, and supporting local talent once again !

The show is on until March 14th, so make sure you swing by the gallery and soak up some colourful kiwi nostalgia. All of the work will be online next week too for those who are unable to see it in the real 🙂

Some pics from the night below and a short teaser video for ya’ll who can’t make it in to see it in the real. Shouts to the sponsors Tiptop, ETA, L&P and Garage Project for keeping everyone cool and hydrated on this stunner of a summers evening.
